TEC Controller Parts List

Here is a parts list for the Thermoelectric Cooler Controller. The first part is organized schematically--the parts appear "in order" in the schematic, going from the upper left hand part where the circuit "starts" around to the lower left hand part where the TEC itself appears.

The second part is a parts list arranged logically, with resistors with resistors, and so forth.

Part A

• A +12V power supply (probably a split supply with + and - 12 volts).
• A .47uF capacitor
• MC78L05 (or equivalent) voltage regulator (output = 5V)
• A 100k thermistor (mounted in the heat sink around the laser diode or other cooling load and used for feedback)
• A .1uF capacitor
• A 120k resistor

• 2 TL074 op amps (probably integrated in a quad package with later op amps)
